The Xenios Yachts management is staffed by Yachting specialists, Master Unlimited, Marine Engineers, and accounting professionals all with more than 20 years experience into the yachting and maritime industry. We pride ourselves in giving a professional service balancing our sound commercial shipping backgrounds with specialist yachting experience.

Flag State Certification

We will maintain a detailed database of the expiry and renewal dates of all statutory certification relating to the yacht and ancillary craft. The management team will liaise closely with the Captain to arrange survey and renewal of the statutory certification.

Coordinating Supply

We have established relationships with major fuel and lubricating oil suppliers which ensures competitive pricing and first-class service for our clients’ yachts.

Insurance Policies

We will liaise closely with the Owner’s organisation and the Captain to ensure appropriate and cost-effective insurance cover is in place at all times. Particular attention will be paid in the run-up to renewal to ensure a full review is carried out of the options available in the event that a change may be of benefit to the operation.

Providing Provisions and Stores World-Wide

Our professionals through years of experience in yacht management, can often negotiate attractive discounts and favorable payment terms with suppliers.

OPERATIONS

Enjoyment

At Xenios Yachts our aim is to allow the Owner to get maximum enjoyment from their yacht without the day to day worry of the yacht’s operation. We work very closely with the Captain and crew to ensure the yacht is operated as safely and efficiently as possible.

Communications Management

We will carry out an initial review of communications arrangements (VSAT, Inmarsat, GSM etc.) considering Owners’ requirements, hardware and service costs, support, and performance.

Appointing Appropriate Agents

The Xenios Yachts Management team has built up an extensive database of experienced Agents in the majority of ports used by large yachts. Xenios Yachts will work closely with the Captains and Head of Department to appoint Agents and ensure the yachts receive the necessary local support.

Xenios Yachts was founded in 2018 by Stelio Sarafoglou.

Xenios Yachts

Stelios has an extensive seagoing management background of 20+ years, having served in the military, cargo vessel, passenger yachts and for the past 10 years as the Captain of 64m MY Magna Grecia.

He holds a Master unlimited ticket and completed his navigational degree at Merchant Academy in Greece, DMS of Shipping Management by London Metropolitan University and Superyacht Management Diploma at the UK Maritime Academy.

We provide a comprehensive Technical Management service led by highly experienced personnel. Our extensive in-house technical experience and knowledge, together with a network of specialists, consultants, surveyors, manufacturers, shipyards, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, allows us to respond to any challenge encountered in the operation of a large luxury yacht.
