Good crew are key to the success of a yacht’s operation and to the guests experience on board. At Xenios Yachts our experienced in-house crew department ensure that all crew on our managed yachts are properly employed and cared for in accordance with all current legislation. Our aim is to relieve Owners from any issues of crew employment as well as to assume the liabilities of crew employment.

Supervision
We provide the crew employment, payroll structure and the day-to-day supervision; working with the Owner and the Captain to ensure that the running of the Yachts is achieved effectively and efficiently.
